Hi,

Does anybody know if there is way to use a variable for the offset distance?
I'm trying to write a script to work out the optimal offset distances for a water storage. My idea is to start with a low offset and then adjust it in an iterative process, so I want to increase the offset in each run of a loop.

Your help would be awesome!

hi im running this script by dragging it into the rhino screen. however, i don't see the distance option, so it ends up creating the same curves on top of my selected curves (closed). you mentioned about Monkey, but i don't know what it is... i am starting to learn as well...
thanks a lot~
